A web-based system developed for the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province to streamline the creation and monthly recapitulation of official travel accountability documents, including Assignment Orders, Official Notes, Official Travel Orders, and detailed expense reports for each trip.
Website Biro Umum
A comprehensive website that enables the regional secretariat and other governmental organizations to access the latest bureau information and securely download supporting documents such as regional regulations and community satisfaction survey results.
PerformAPP360
Designed and developed a web-based performance appraisal information system utilizing 360-degree feedback from direct supervisors, enabling multi-assessor input across multiple criteria and sub-criteria. Integrated interactive graphs for easy analysis of employee performance trends, and automated the recap of average scores for each employee or division.
Presensi Syahid
A mobile attendance app designed to replace conventional checkclock systems and streamline employee attendance processes. Implemented features enabling employees to independently submit leave requests and access monthly attendance recaps. Enabled admins to efficiently compile attendance, leave, and permit data for each employee and manually manage special days.
Newtown App
A Point of Sales web desktop application for UMKM building shops, featuring sales and purchase transaction recording, stock, goods, customer, and supplier management, and capable of printing transaction notes and stock reports.
Fooder
A desktop-based restaurant management application that enables customers to place orders independently via computers integrated at each table. Streamlined kitchen operations by allowing customer orders to be sent directly to chefs, ensuring prompt meal preparation. Facilitated efficient transaction processing, as customers simply present order receipts to the cashier upon completion.
Mediafood
An enhanced version of Fooder, enabling customers to order independently using their personal cell phones through a barcode scanning system, eliminating the need for restaurants to provide multiple devices per table. Introduced a feature for waiters to track orders pending in the kitchen, streamlining order management.
